I think that Luther was my favorite character because he was stupid which was entertaining and I thought that he was always the being made fun of.
I liked the violence in the book. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like it was a fun, violent and well plotted book. I understood everything pretty well.
a) I see myself like Jack because the he is brave and all the courage he has. He also is a ladies man and he does the right stuff but still fights back.
b) You did great work abotu Grand Manan. You made it sound like this was Grand Manan and all the complex words that got Mr. Wilson confused.

b) At first the book really confused me it went back and fourth so much. If I had read it myself and saw the words it would have made more sense. But as the book continued I got used to the different points of veiw.

a) Believe it or not, i think that luther is the most interesting. i mean, if he hates fishing, why is he fishing? and if he hates working, why is he setting up a fake lighthouse every night?
b)i don't really think that this book needs a sequel. everything is good, back to normal. but flu shot, there are some thinks that aren't answered. just small things though. like what happened to shamus's cows? just things like that.
this was a great project and i hope schools do thing like this as a regular novel study every year. it was fun, and thanks to DR. lacey and Mr. whipple for the time put into it.
Although I missed a lot of this book, I think that my favorite character would be Jenny. I found her to be an interesting character with good qualities. I think she was a good character.
Also, I found this book to be not so bad in the end. I didn’t really enjoy it in the beginning, but the last three or four chapters weren’t too bad.

i really liked your book. i think robert should have been it it more because he was good friends with jack. I think he should have been in it as much as everet. other then that i think your book was very good.
a) I think that the most interesting character was Robert because he kept popping up at the most random times. Like when Jack was supposed to be dead, he came up and was like “Hey you are supposed to be dead!” but he really wasn’t dead. And then he just like, left again. So that made the interesting.
b) What I liked about this book, hmm, well I really liked how it was really complex and how it all came together in the end. Because there wasn’t any mysteries left hanging and unfigured out in the end

a) I think the most interesting character is Everett. He is good friends with Jack and lost his leg in the war, he stands up to his father, and tries to help everyone he can. He is just really nice and I think that that is what intrigues me about him.
b) I really liked this book and I’m not sure I liked the gory parts though. I can get very squeamish and I did sometimes.

a) Well, Jack would be the obvious answer but he's your typical protagonist, to a certain extent. My favorite character would have to be Freeman and/or Luther. Tenacity like that has to admired. And how they managed to stay within the boundaries of the law for so long. Usually villains are a "GRRR, IM BIG AND EVIL FOR NO REAL REASON" So I like that, it's refreshing.
b) The book's writing was a step up from FluShot, as expected because its your second novel after all. I didn't really dislike anything. I really wouldn't want to change anything, maybe the ending... Have it a bit more...Different... With blackjack, and gigatons of dust.

a)I think that the most interesting character was Jack, in Two Island LIght. I like the fact that he was so determined and he was ok on his own.
b)I really liked the fact that the characters talked with a bit of Grand Manan talk. It made the book flow, it wouldn't have made sense with city talk in a Grand Manan based book.
